WINONA WOODSON August 6, 1952 - September 6, 2007ANDERSON, SCMs. Winona Lynn Woodson, age 55 of 200 Polaris Street, Anderson, SC, died on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at the AnMed Health Medical Center after a long battle with Lupus. A loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, she was a faithful Christian who was an inspiration to all who knew her.Born in Tacoma, Washington on August 6, 1952, she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Anderson, where she had been a member of the Sanctuary Choir and the Encouragers Sunday School Class. She was employed as a teller for First National Bank, now Wachovia Bank for 31 years.Survivors include her parents, William D. and Jeral G. Crowe of Anderson, SC; sister, Marcy McCarty and her husband, Eddie of Albany, Georgia; a son, Nathan Crowe, his wife, Sarah and their daughter, Ella Madison of Charleston, SC; a daughter, Jessica Woodson of Anderson, SC; and a host of friends, family, co-workers and customers.The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at 3:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, conducted by Drs. James R. Thompson and Johnny F. McKinney. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson. A Memorial Service will be scheduled for a later date.Ms. Woodson will be placed in the church at 1:00 pm on Saturday.
