Yelizaveta Nazarovna Khomichuk Iva, SC Yelizaveta Nazarovna Khomichuk, age 81, passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2014, at her residence. Born in Volinska Oblast, Kivertsi, she was the daughter of the late Nazar Mamotyuk and the late Leontina Shpriengel. She moved to the United States in 2001. She was a member of The Summer of God Slavic Church in Anderson, 2501 East River Street, Anderson, SC 29621, 864-276-2233. She is survived by her husband, Mefodiy Khomichuk; three sons, Victor Khomichuk, of Belton, SC, Igor Khomichuk, of Westfield, MA and Yaroslav Khomichuk, of Westfield, MA; three daughters, Juliya Tischnko, of West Springfield, MA, Rozaliya Znakharchuk, of Westfield, MA and Larisa Kozhenevsky, of Front Royal, VA; a brother, Sama Mamotyuk, of Lutsk, Ukraine and Sophia Mamotyuk, of Chovnitsya Kivertsi, Ukraine; 22 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Summer of God Slavic Church with Reverend Peter Nestertsov officiating. Interment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery.
