ZIENDA JO CARVER-WALKER ANDERSON, SC Zienda Jo Carver-Walker, age 38, of Anderson, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson, SC on November 24, 1974, she was the daughter of Vernon Stanley Carver, of Franklin, NC and JoAnn Gentry Richey, of Anderson, SC. Zienda attended the Iva First Assembly Church and NewSpring Community Church. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sons, Zachary Tyler Brady, Kendal Lee Walker and Anthony Patrick Dwyer, all of Anderson; four sisters, Jessica Avenda Holcombe, of Anderson, SC, Catherine Vickie Davis, of Anderson, SC, Adrianne Carver, and Gabrielle Carver, both of Franklin, NC; maternal grandmother, Onie Ophelia Gentry, of Anderson, SC; two grandchildren, Jullian Tyler Brady and Jaxon Lee Walker; a special aunt, Kathy Marie Gentry, of Anderson, SC; and her life partner, Anthony Patrick Dwyer Sr., of Anderson, SC. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Alexander Vernon Carver and Lola P. Carver; and her maternal grandfather, James O'Neal Gentry. The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2013, at Iva First Assembly Church at 2:00 p.m. with Reverends Randall Starrett, Charlie Howell, and Sam Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at Iva City Cemetery. The family will be at 231 Woodforest Drive, Anderson and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The family requests that flowers be omitted and contributions be made to help offset the funeral expenses.
