If you’ve recently lost a loved one and need immediate assistance with arrangements, we are here to support you.
Please call (864) 224-4343, and a compassionate team member will be available to assist you.
To make the process easier, we’ve compiled a list of items you’ll need for your arrangement conference.
List of items needed for arrangement conference:
- Biographical information for death certificate
- Obituary information including survivors and predeceased family members, memberships to organizations, church affiliation, etc.
- Photo for obituary and for the purpose of doing makeup and hair
- Clothing for deceased, eyeglasses, and jewelry
- (We recommend long sleeves and undergarments- shoes are personal preference but not required)
- Insurance policy or policy information (if you would like assistance with claim process)
- Prearrangement paperwork (if applicable)
- Name and Location of cemetery property (if applicable)
- DD214 discharge needed for Veterans (required for military honors)
- Be thinking about what music (if any) you would like during your service and a list of pallbearers (usually need 6)
